I mentor and counsel women who are exhausted from
"living a life they never asked for".

The struggle remains real for me, but as a woman who's spent years on personal development, I understand now that the struggle doesn't have to be lifelong or 24/7. I now quickly shift my mindset from struggle to growth and healing.
I teach these skills simply and effectively so women can have the life, happiness, and peace of mind they so desperately need and deserve!
As a Therapeutic Exercise Specialist, Transformational Coach, and Fitness Expert for more than 30 years I teach women to use movement and mobility to take charge of their body and their life.
As a trauma survivor,
it took me more than 20 years of debilitating back pain and numerous severe health conditions to discover the hidden connection between our emotional and physical bodies – I'm living proof that the stories we tell ourselves can either support or cripple us.

I healed myself from the inside out, and now I show others how they can too.
