Cabin Fever

For your sanity you must take 5-15 mns every single hour to get up and move. Here are some options:

  1. Go to the washroom;

  2. Grab some water;

  3. Move: Do 5 laps around your apartment | down your hallway | around 1 block; OR

  4. Move: 5 jumping jacks, 8 counts of kicking your heels to your glutes, bring your alternate bringing knees to the side meet the same elbow [oblique crunch] 8 counts, THEN get down and give me “Dirty Twenty” 10 - mountain climbers & 10 push ups.

  5. Stretch w your breath - roll over on your back hug your knees & roll side to side taking deep breaths in thru the nose (3 counts) out through the mouth (3 counts); circle ⭕️ your hips 2 x clockwise & 2 x counterclockwise.

  6. Slowly roll over and slowly stand up and take in a HUGE deep breath in thru the nose & exhale through the mouth.

You will feel refreshed & rejuvenated, not only physically but more importantly mentally. Give it a shot, what do you have to lose?

You will gain focus and productivity.
