In just a few months, the Coronavirus has spread across at least 150 countries. The world is in a crisis, and fear everywhere. As the world shuts down, we can choose to be fearful, OR we can choose to see these trying times as an opportunity. We can use this period to take a step back, de-stress, be present with those within our bubble, feel the moment and simply go with the flow.
The majority of our lives are dominated by stress, rigid practices, and rushing from point A to point B. However, when you allow yourself to be calm, feel, and simply be, you get to experience that beautiful state of mind.
