Ask yourself: Is there joy, ease, and lightness in what I’m doing?
As soon as you embrace the present moment, all unhappiness and struggles dissolve – life begins to flow with joy and ease when you act from a ‘present moment’ awareness, all that you do becomes infused with a sense of quality, care, and love – even with the simplest of acts!
I have learned over my lifetime that trauma is the foundation of societal norms and more importantly are the source of our individual belief system – specifically at the core of what society currently labels ‘mental illness’. The behaviours labeled in this manner are deeply rooted in those traumas, a survival mechanism in response to a perceived danger, aka ‘stranger danger’.
My dynamic focus remains the ‘survivors’ – Women whose power is buried within the rubble of past experiences. I inspire and empower a connection for women to love themselves for all they are and all they are not. I ignite a spark within to embrace themselves by unconditionally loving who they are above all else – free from:
◊ judgement ◊ criticism ◊ degradation ◊ aggression
You are so much more than ENOUGH. You’ve got this! I’ve got your back every single step of the way!
◊ Are you a woman tired of endlessly navigating and mitigating life’s upheavals?
Burn out,
Stress,
Heart aches, and
Work | life balance?
◊ Has the landscape of your life shifted so dramatically forcing you to: Stop – Take stock – Regroup - Consider the path you are on and Reassess how you currently live your life?
◊ This NOW becomes a pivotal moment at this crucial juncture of your life.
I aspire towards the privilege of guiding you through this blossoming transformation.
My goal is to witness your personal transformation, letting go of your safe and comfortable cocoon. Bearing witness to you spreading those beautiful wings of FREEDOM.
I will be your loudest cheerleader, fiercest advocate, and strongest shoulder.
